• Transferable

• 15% discount for Banquet
• Ten (10) complimentary spa entrance

Policies and Procedures
• The company will not be held liable for any loss, damage and tampering of card. The subject will pay a replacement fee amounting to Php 300.00/card.
• The membership card fee is not refundable
